Welcome to Elyeve Travel Inc. By booking travel arrangements through our agency, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made through Elyeve Travel Inc., whether online, via phone, or in person.

By booking your arrangement with us, you agree to be bound by these terms (“Agreement”) and any additional supplier-specific terms. The lead guest must provide contact information for all travelers in their group and is responsible for sharing these terms with all members, including ensuring timely payment. It is each passenger’s responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions in full. Elyeve Travel Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided via email. By reviewing this Agreement and clicking “Agree,” you authorize Elyeve Travel Inc. to process charges to the credit card provided.

Types of Messages & Communications

By booking with Elyeve Travel Inc. or opting into our communications, you agree to receive the following types of messages:

•Promotional – Special offers, deals, and exclusive travel promotions.

•Informational – Important booking details, travel updates, and reminders.

•Marketing Content – Travel inspiration, destination highlights, and Elyeve Travel Inc. news.

Message Frequency & Opt-Out

•You will receive messages weekly.

•Message and data rates may apply.

•To unsubscribe, text STOP at any time.

Pricing and Payments

All quoted prices are subject to change until booked and/or a deposit is received. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is issued. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Final payments must be received by the specified due date. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation and forfeiture of any deposit.

Agency Role and Liability

Elyeve Travel Inc. acts as a sales agent for suppliers providing travel services (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). We assume no responsibility for personal injury, property damage, or other losses due to:

•Supplier actions or omissions.

•Circumstances beyond our control, including flight delays, cancellations, or force majeure events.

Travel Documents and Requirements

•Elyeve Travel Inc. is not responsible for denied entry into any country. Guests must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and required documentation.

•Travel documents must match the legal name on government-issued ID.

•Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond return date for international travel.

•Guests must stay informed on entry requirements, health protocols, and advisories.

Resort and Hotel Policies

•Elyeve Travel Inc. is not responsible for hotel policies, refunds, or cancellations.

•No-shows result in cancellations with no refunds.

•Resorts may cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or overbooking. Elyeve Travel Inc. will assist with alternatives as per supplier policies.

Travel Protection and Fees

•Elyeve Travel Inc. is not an insurance agency. Third-party travel protection is optional but highly recommended.

•Changes to reservations after confirmation incur a $75 per-person change fee (applies to date changes, name adjustments, and accommodation modifications).

•Cancellations incur a $75 per-person fee, including rebookings.

Payment Authorization and Disputes

•By signing this Agreement, you authorize Elyeve Travel Inc. to process charges on your credit card.

•Chargebacks are waived except in cases of fraud.

•Disputes will be resolved as per this Agreement.

COVID-19 and Other Emergencies

•Elyeve Travel Inc. is not liable for cancellations, delays, or travel disruptions due to government restrictions, pandemics, or emergencies.

•Travelers are responsible for complying with all travel advisories and government-mandated health protocols.

Governing Law

•This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and is performable in Cook County.

•Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Cook County courts.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

•By booking with Elyeve Travel Inc., you acknowledge these Terms apply to all travelers in your reservation.

•You confirm you have reviewed and understand all applicable policies, including travel protection details.

•All research fees and reservation change fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
